Last updateWe experienced a few hiccups with redirects and form submissions. When responding to a form respondents experienced a blank page rather than the expected "thank you" confirmation page or configured form redirect. For single page forms the response would still be collected, integrations triggered and emails notifications delivered. The issue prevented respondents from being redirect to complete a signature or payment. For multiple page forms, the submission would be interrupted after the first page. Respondents would see a blank page but the partial response was collected.

Last updateWe have had no further reports of connectivity issues since rotating our IP.
We have rotated our external IP address (new IP is 75.98.93.74, previously 75.98.93.66, if you need to update firewalls) and traffic has been restored from most affected ISPs. We will continue to work with those vendors to determine how this happened and how we can work with them to prevent future incidents.
We have identified an issue outside of our network where certain ISPs are no longer routing traffic to our servers. We are working with those vendors to resolve as quickly as possible, however this is dependent upon those ISPs to resolve.

Last updateWe've identified a configuration issue with the load balancing system we use to route international customers to our application servers. This configuration issue caused redirects to point traffic in loops, which caused errors and pages to not load. Once we identified the issue, we removed the part of the configuration causing the error and restored traffic to our international sites. We've tested thoroughly and everything is clear now.
We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with Wufoo's international sites (wufoo.com.mx, wufoo.eu, & wufoo.co.uk) Our Technical Operations team is aware of the incident and actively working to resolve the issue. We'll add further updates as soon as additional information is available.

Last updateOver the past few hours, we have seen delays in processing webhook requests. This was caused by two of our queues failing and causing strain on the rest. All queues are now back up and running correctly and webhooks are processing as normal again. Impacted customers may experience delays while the backlog continues to clear, but services are running as usual.
