For any HRIS integrations, move back and forth the hired candidates to trigger the HRIS integration. For the assessment/background, trigger the integration via the UI. For autotagging, the tags cannot be applied at the moment. For any other automation, if the initial conditions can be met per implementation, the automated action will be triggered.
Custom integrations and custom automations are experiencing downtime due to technical issues. We have found the root cause and are working on a fix for the issue to be implemented soon.

We’ve increased the timeout we wait for a recording which seems to cover the majority of the cases however it might seem to candidates a long time to wait to see their recording.
Some candidates might see an error “failed to store video" while trying to make a recording. We are working with our provider to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please either extend the deadline for video submission or suggest using any free VPN tool.
