The congestion has cleared and any paused files should now generate previews and thumbnails successfully. New files will generate previews and thumbnails as normal. Our engineers can confirm that a small subset of files uploaded during this time encountered an error. If you experienced such an error, we recommend that you re-upload those files. The engineering team is continuing to monitor usage closely to ensure no further interruptions to service.
Our engineers have released a solution and we are seeing signs of the congestion diminishing. Some file previews and thumbnails are now successfully generating.

The issue has been resolved with our DNS provider. We are continually monitoring the situation globally for any anomalies.
We are able to reproduce this issue when using the Google public DNS resolvers, but not currently with any other providers. If you are having issues with Wiredrive presentations and are using Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4), please try using either your ISP name servers or the Level3 (4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.0, 4.2.2.3) or OpenDNS name servers (208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220) while we work to resolve this issue.
We have received reports from users that there are errors going to Wiredrive presentations which indicate that the wdrv.it domain can not be resolved at some locations. If you are encountering this issue, please contact support@wiredrive.com and include any details your IT team can provide regarding the external resolvers used at your location.

It may be several hours before we can process all the remaining items in the queue, due to the intensive CPU required to process RAW images. The peering of traffic from some local Internet Service Providers (ISP's) in the EU to their Internet Exchange Providers is not routing Wiredrive domain request properly. We are in the final stages of testing a Multi-CDN strategy for uploads and downloads. This is part of an ongoing effort to improve the stability and performance of Wiredrive.
