Esto ha provocado una ralentización en nuestros procesos habituales. Como medida preventiva y para asegurar la continuidad y calidad de nuestro servicio, hemos decidido desactivar temporalmente la generación del certificado NOM151 hasta que el servicio de Interfactura se estabilice. Entendemos la importancia del certificado NOM151 para sus operaciones y queremos asegurarles que tan pronto el servicio vuelva a la normalidad, generaremos retroactivamente el NOM151 para todas las firmas simples realizadas durante este periodo. Agradecemos su comprensión y paciencia en este asunto. Estamos comprometidos a mantenerlos informados y a resolver esta situación lo antes posible.
