Last updateStarting at 7:45 AM CT an elevated error rate was observed in Vibes Authentication Services due to database replication related issues. The issue was identified by engineering and resolved with services returning to normal at 8:15 AM CT. Vibes Platform logins, HTTP API authentication and SFTP authentication were impacted. Cached logins, previously scheduled broadcast campaigns in the Vibes Platform were not impacted. Additionally, SMPP connections were not impacted based on review of SMPP logs.
