We are currently experiencing some issues with WhatsApp due to an unannounced API change by Meta. Incoming messages are not being received and the status of sent messages is not updated. Last updateThe system was unavailable because of an internal process that got stuck in an unexpected place. Unfortunately, our monitoring systems did not catch this particular issue during the night - it only became apparent once typical activity levels for a weekend set in.
