Some of Unloc's core functionality was affected by this; mainly related to creation of new keys and refreshing of existing keys. This issue was resolved by Google within 90 minutes.

This incident was resolved at 21:25. Due to domain registration issues, no web traffic could be routed to the unloc.app domain. The Unloc website, the Unloc APIs, incoming email, Unloc Control Center were all unavailable during this period. The Unloc app was only limited impacted. Door opening and key sharing worked as usual, with some limitiations. The main impact was that IP-based locks could not be operated. Bluetooth locks were fully operational.

A backend system controlling Salto locks in some buildings is currently having an issue. This means that the usage of Salto keys in these buildings may not be working. We are currently investigating the issue together with our partners.

Due to a faulty configuration change in our system, our solutions was unavailable for around two hours. The issue was resolved by rolling back the faulty configuration change. Measures to detect and resolve these types of error faster is being applied.
