Report: "Email Notification Deliverability Issues"
Last updateOur email deliverability is back to it's pre-incident rate and we're confident that a regular rate of notifications are reaching their intended email servers. If email notifications from Unbounce had started being filtered to your junk/spam, you may still see them being filtered there, instead of your inbox. However, if you whitelist notifications@unbounce.com, support@unbounce.com, and our IP (208.117.48.234), the issue should be resolved going forward. For Outlook customers, if you are still seeing email filtered to Outlook's quarantine, please try the steps above. If that doesn't solve the issue, your Outlook admin can also take the following steps which should solve the issue for everyone in your organization: 1. log into exchange admin center, go to protection> spam filter. 2. on the general page, double-click the default policy in order to start editing it. 3. navigate to allow lists> sender allow lists. click add, and then in the selection dialog box, add the Unbounce email addresses. click ok to return to the allow lists page. Thank you for your patience while we worked on this issue with our 3rd party provider. If we can help with this or anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via Support by clicking on the question mark (?) in the top right corner of the Unbounce app.
We are continuing to work with our 3rd party email provider to improve our deliverability. At this time, the vast majority of our emails are reaching recipient mail servers, however, some may still be going to spam/junk folders or Outlook's quarantine. If you are using a hosted version of Outlook (you manage your server vs. logging in via Outlook.com), your email notifications may be in Outlook's quarantine. These emails from notifications@unbounce.com can be released from Outlook's quarantine by following these steps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/quarantine-end-user?view=o365-worldwide#release-quarantined-email. We became aware that some recipient Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, and Live.com email addresses were blocking Unbounce email notifications. Microsoft has now removed us from their block list and those emails have started to be delivered as per normal. They have informed us that it may be an additional 24-48 hours before all delivery is back to normal. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve this issue fully.
We've fixed the underlying issue that was causing our emails to be placed on spam/block lists and otherwise get rejected from receiving mail servers. We continue to work with our 3rd party partner to ensure email reaches recipients inboxes reliably, however, email notifications should be reaching recipient email servers as of today, March 20th. If you are not seeing notifications in your inbox from today, please check your spam filter. If you are using Outlook, your email notifications may be in Outlook's quarantine. These emails from notifications@unbounce.com can be released from Outlook's quarantine by following these steps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/quarantine-end-user?view=o365-worldwide#release-quarantined-email. Thank you for your patience. We'll update again once we're confident the majority of email is being delivered directly to customer inboxes.

Report: "New Domains Cannot Be Set-up"
Last updateOur 3rd party provider is still experiencing some issues on their end. However, as we have not seen any errors in Unbounce and all domain functionality has been working for over 20-hours, we are confident that there is no longer an issue affecting Unbounce. As per the last update, any domains affected by the issue will have retried and be working currently. Please reach out to us via Support if you have any outstanding domain (or any other) issues. Thank you.
We are still waiting for confirmation from our 3rd party provider that they've resolve the issue on their end. However, we're no longer seeing errors from our side with domain creation. Any domains where the set-up was started during the outage should be completing set-up on their own, if they haven't already.
Due to an issue with a 3rd party provider, Unbounce currently can't complete the set-up of new domains. If you have started the set-up of a new domain as of approximately 8am PT onwards and that domain is showing as "Not Working," it is likely due to this issue. Once this issue is resolved, any new domain set-ups that were initiated during the outage will complete without manual intervention. Domains that were set-up and working before the outage started will be unaffected and any domains showing as "Working and Secure" in Unbounce should be serving pages and receiving traffic as per normal.

We have received reports of some users being unable to log in to app.unbounce.com. These users are seeing a screen that says: "ERROR 500 We're sorry, something went wrong." We're currently investigating.
Report: "Changing configurations for live popups and sticky bars is working intermittently"
Last updateCloudflare's API has been restored and all related Unbounce functionality is now working as per normal. Thank you for your patience while this issue was resolved.
The domains that already failed will be gradually retried over the next few hours.
Our developers have applied a fix for the domain issue. Domains can be added regardless of the Cloudflare status.
The domains that are failing to be added are retried automatically and will succeed once Cloudflare is available. Since Cloudflare is seeing an improvement, some failed domains have now succeeded.
The Cloudflare outage also affects new domain creation. New domains cannot currently be added to Unbounce.
When users change a popup/sticky bar configuration (targeting rules, frequency, etc.) or create a new popup/sticky bar, those changes might not become live, even after republishing. This is due to our infrastructure provider Cloudflare's outage: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/.
Report: "Stats tracking issue on some WordPress domains"
Last updateWe identified the reason that stats were not tracking was that the tracker script was unable to be loaded \(404 response\) through some WordPress hosting providers. On Oct 26, we rolled back the change to our stat tracking that introduced the use of that tracker script, which resolved the stats tracking issue for affected WordPress domains. We’re currently investigating which exact WordPress configurations were unable to load the tracker script so we can redeploy the change in the future.
This incident has been resolved.
The developers confirmed the tracking issues are related to WordPress server configurations that are incompatible with the Unbounce plugin. Our developers are currently investigating a stats tracking issue impacting some WordPress domains. Stats for pages on these domains are not being updated on page overviews.

Note that this disruption affects only pages that have the WordPress-specific External Conversion Tracking script. This script is 96 lines long and includes the keyword "UnbounceAnalytics." We have identified the root issue and made changes to remediate the issue. For affected customers, delayed stats should catch up in approximately 3-hours. No data was lost and there should not have been any other issues affecting customers.

Unbounce is currently experiencing intermittent loading issues with live pages. Currently, only our page servers located in Singapore seem to be affected. Visitors located around Singapore might experience intermittent loading issues with live pages. Other regions are unaffected currently. At this time we cannot guarantee that pages will load or data collected. We recommend pausing any PPC or email campaigns until the issue is resolved.
