Our upstream provider has confirmed this issue has been resolved. We are seeing restoration of service for a large number of our customers and expect total restoration within the next 30 minutes. Thank you for your continued patience, this page will be updated in 30 minutes.

TurnPoint is aware of a minor issue that is affecting some users of Your Care Portal and their ability to access Budget and Statements pages. An investigation is currently underway to determine and resolve the issue.

TurnPoint is now back online, however we are continuing to monitor the issue. We are also waiting for confirmation from our Server Provider that the issue is fully resolved on their end. If you are still experiencing issues or you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.
TurnPoint has now resetablished a connection with the Server. We are seeing downgraded performance and are currently working through those issues. We recommend that you continue to use the backup system whilst we work through the remaining issues. https://backup.turnpointcare.com.au/
