We are seeing elevated error rates in our PolarBear API backend. We are investigating the issue.

The issue appears to be with the upstream's network provider. This is getting looked into.
It looks like our VMFarms-hosted applications are having network issues. They are either completely or partially down. While our PolarBear API itself (which is hosted on AWS) is not down, it's dependency on TunnelBear API is causing a partial outage as well.
We are currently investigating this issue.

A switch has failed with an upstream provider. They are working on replacing it.
We are currently investigating this issue. It seems to be originating from an upstream provider.
Report: "PolarBear API Outage"
Last updateThere was an incident with our PolarBear database, where a column outgrew it's type. We performed a migration and service was restored. The autoincrementing `id` column had type of `int`, and the size of the column grew past the limit of `2,147,483,647`. The solution was to convert the column to a `bigint`.
PolarBear API is down due to database issues.
