Report: "GCP Infrastructure Outage Impacting Together Platform"
Last updateWe are currently experiencing a platform-wide outage due to a major infrastructure issue with our cloud provider, Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is impacting all functionality, including login, existing sessions, and access to the application. We are actively monitoring GCP’s status and will provide updates as we learn more. A fix has been implemented and results are being monitored
Our email vendor, Mailgun, is having an outage, and at the moment there are deliverability issues for emails from the platform. The vendor is aware and investigating.
Report: "SFTP integration is down"
Last updateSFTP integration was temporarily taken down to improve security. On January 25, we restarted SFTP syncing for new and existing customers of this integration.
Report: "Issue Loading App"
Last updateWe had issues with the delivery of our front end client. Users recieved errors when trying to load new pages in our application. The incidient lasted 10 minutes, and all users that navigated to a new screen in the app during those 10 minutes were affected.

Last updateWe had issues with our client connecting to our database due to security improvements. The incident lasted 19 minutes. Logins and customers in our Canada region were affected.

Last updateGoogle Cloud, our upstream provider, experienced an issue resulting in a service disruption to cloud hosting. During this time most North American and European users were unable to reach the Together Platform. Please note, this Google Outage was much larger, but only affected Together for 9 minutes.
