The incident is resolved. There was a temporary outage at AWS to a service upon which Timekit relies. AWS has notified customers that the incident is now resolved More information is at Amazon's AWS Status Page at: https://status.aws.amazon.com/ (the status below is copied and pasted from AWS) 7:52 AM PST We are investigating Internet connectivity issues to the US-WEST-1 Region. 8:01 AM PST We have identified the root cause of the Internet connectivity to the US-WEST-1 Region and have taken steps to restore connectivity. We have seen some improvement to Internet connectivity in the last few minutes but continue to work towards full recovery. 8:10 AM PST We have resolved the issue affecting Internet connectivity to the US-WEST-1 Region. Connectivity within the region was not affected by this event. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Hello All, The API and Admin page are inaccessible at the moment. This is due to an SSL certificate that needs to be renewed. We are in the process of rectifying it right now. Updates will appear here. Thank you for your understanding

The Google synchronization backlog is now catching up, we expect all calendars to be caught up over the course of the next few hours

Cause has calendar syncing issue has been identified and we're working on deploying a fix.

A number of resources calendars have stopped receiving update notifications from Google Calendar regarding calendar updates. This results in resources not automatically synchronizing with Timekit. Not all resources are affected. As a temporary workaround, go-forward synchronization is fixed after a single manual sync triggered by pressing "Sync Now" in the Timekit Admin portal under Resources->User Settings->Calendar Sync. Users who need an immediate fix should click on this button to resolve the issue for all their resources. We are currently working on an automatic solution to reset synchronization with Google for all accounts that are having this issue and will post updates when the work is complete.

User reported issues with missing meta data on certain resources. Our team investigated and resolved the issue at 1:49pm EST.

We had a mini outage yesterday between approximately 4:40pm EST - 5:10pm EST as a result of our upgrades; the issue was identified and resolved shortly after the outage occurred. Thank you for your understanding.
