Last updateWe experienced a temporary disruption in the integration from our database to Thinkific Analytics reports. This resulted in the temporary delay of new data being pushed to Analytics reports. All data remained safe and unaffected, the disruption simply caused a delay in that data appearing in our Analytics reporting feature. The integration was quickly fixed and the backfilling of data to Thinkific Analytics is well underway and progressing smoothly.

Last updateAll orders, enrollments and videos are being processed without issues
We have implemented a fix and orders are progressively fulfilling again. Videos are also beginning to process successfully
We have identified the cause of the issue impacting some users where enrollments are delayed after checkout. Rest assured payments are going through successfully at the checkout, however, order fulfillment and enrollments are delayed hence users may not have access to their purchased products right away. This may also affect video processing on some sites where users will notice videos are taking a long time to process or still showing as Processing after a significant time.
We continue to investigate the issue impacting some users where enrollments are delayed after checkout. Rest assured payments are going through successfully at the checkout, however, order fulfillment and enrollments are delayed hence users may not have access to their purchased products right away. Users should avoid re-attempting the purchase of a product multiple times.

We have identified an issue where creators using Thinkific Payments may see their users unable to successfully complete their purchases. While payments are successful, users will see an error message at the checkout "Your payment was received but it is taking us longer than usual to complete your purchase. Last updateOur team has concluded that issues with uploading images, videos, pdf files etc. to a Thinkific site, and challenges with viewing certificates was due to an open issue with a vendor. At this time, the vendor has implemented a fix that should see the ability to complete file uploads, and view certificates be restored.
The file uploading is currently down. It is not possible to upload images, videos, pdf files, etc to your Thinkific site and the student certification is not viewable. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is working with our vendor to remediate the issue.

Last updateThinkific Payments: One-time payment purchases were not working due to a downstream issue with Stripe. Stripe engineers have identified the problem and have implemented a fix. One-time payments on Thinkific Payments are now working as expected. Payments are successfully being processed and any previously impacted payments have been fixed as of 06:54 UTC on June 1st.
Newly created one time Thinkific Payments are now being processed correctly as expected. The payments that received errors during this period are currently being fixed so that they will process as expected.
