Our suppliers have remedied this issue with the UK network for the impacted VMN's. Any MO SMS sent but not received to one of our hosted UK Virtual Mobile numbers, was queued at the network level and is now making its way into Messenger. We will continue to monitor but are confident this issue is now resolved.

Last updateA fix has been deployed and tested that will allow the creation of new Shortlinks on our domain https://tx.vc Shortlinks containing https://tx.vc/r/ already received on end users devices will not work until Google removes this block on this URL Templates within Messenger & Queued SMS have been updated to support the changes made to the Shortlink system so future messages using these templates and SMS scheduled for release will not be impacted.

This was impacting SMS delivery for both SMS sent and SMS that is received back into Textlocal. We have confirmed that no SMS has been lost but has been queued pending process by suppliers during the impact time above.

Last updateThis issue has now been resolved. Uploading contact data via the paste list method within messenger has been restored.
We have identified an issue when creating contacts within messenger using the paste list function with multiple numbers, the data stored is corrupted on completion and only a single record is created. Our development team are investigating this issue. Its recommend that users make use of the CSV upload method to insert/upload contacts into Messenger until this issue is resolved

Last updateWe have been observing consistent performance throughout the day from the supplier in them processing and sending MO SMS traffic on 51777 reaching our endpoint. We are confident that the technical issue has been resolved. We are awaiting the findings and feedback from the supplier on the root cause to be provided.
We are now observing SMS traffic sent to the short code 51777 originating from the suppliers network and hitting our endpoint. We will continue to monitor. Updates to follow.
