Last updateBetween 8:30 and 9:30 (UTC+2), users experienced intermittent errors and extremely high latency on all matching operations. A temporary fix has been applied, while we work on a permanent solution. Entity management and other functionalities remained fully operational.

Last updateBetween 11:45 and 12:30 (UTC), the performance of the SkillEngine API degraded. Customers experienced a higher-than-usual latency on requests, sporadic timeouts and 502 errors. The issue has been investigated and resolved.

We've detected two one-minute spans of unavailability in the past days, linked to the brief unavailability of our authentication provider Auth0. We are monitoring the situation and implementing additional redundancy to prevent this in the future.

Last updateAt 4:18PM, we discovered an ongoing problem with PDF processing during skill extraction - this problem was resolved within 15 minutes. Our logs show that no customers were affected by this partial disruption.

Last updateAuth0 has rotated the certificate for their service - this might require modification in your system if you only trust specific certificates (instead of authorities). Existing tokens stay valid and all of our services remain fully operational.
