Users are unable to link SwitchBot skill or service from Alexa app, SmartThings app, or Line Clova app due to a server configuration error to load the SwitchBot login web page in these apps. Fortunately users who have already linked SwitchBot skill or service are not affected by this issue. For Alexa users, you can log in to SwitchBot app and use account linking. Our tech crew has started to work on the fix and further updates will be given.

HOORAH! Our tech crew has completely resolved the server connection issues. All SwitchBot services and related third-party services are now back to normal.

Connection to the AWS server is back online. However, there are still some delays on the server. Our users may be expecting connection issues due to heavy traffic.
