Last updateThe issue impacting the customer portal was found to be a result of a fiber cut which caused intermittent connectivity to some of our servers. Our operations team was able to reroute resources to make it available again. The situation was monitored as the fiber cut was fixed, and the servers are confirmed in full working order. We thank you for your patience.
We have identified the issue as an ongoing network interruption. Our operations team has begun redirecting resources, and the customer portal should now be accessible. Some users may find that v1 server changes within the customer portal are still not functional. We are still working on addressing this issue, and will provide further updates as they become available.
An issue loading the customer portal has been confirmed and is currently being investigated by our operations team. This is also impacts our agents ability to make changes to an account. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct this issue.
