Service has been restored. The issue was caused by an outage with Azure Cosmos DB.
We are currently investigating an issue where after logging on, the UI is not loading.

Last updateMicrosoft have implemented changes to address the earlier network issues and these have been rolled out across regions in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. Issues affecting login & sign-up to SquaredUp Cloud now appear to be resolved.
Microsoft is currently experiencing connection issues (https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status) which are impacting SquaredUp Cloud, including the ability to log in and sign up for new accounts

We have identified an issue with our DNS servers and are continuing to work the problem.
We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting accessing the platform from certain locations. Our Engineers are investigating and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting AWS CloudWatch metrics, where tiles will fail to load with the error "All requests failed fetching unscoped CloudWatch metrics from AWS". We are working on a fix to address this and will provide updates to our StatusPage as soon as we have them.
