The issue has been identified and a patch is being deployed. The underlying issue is all Custom Reports, Advanced Analytics (DataCloud only), and Expense Reports in EU and US are not refreshing since yesterday (5/6 9:00pm UTC).

The reporting data update process has been successfully completed. Your reports now reflect data up to the most recent recalculated date and time of your statements. If you are manually recalculating statements, please note that data updates will take place and be reflected in reporting according to the regular timeline. Reporting operations have returned to normal. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
The database recataloging process has been successfully completed. Reports and exports are now available; however, please be advised that the data currently reflects information as of February 22, 2025. Our engineering team is in the process of executing the final phase to synchronize and update the reporting system. Throughout the day, reports will be progressively refreshed with the most recent recalculated data. We will provide a subsequent update once this process has been fully completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact support.
We are still working to ensure that full performance is restored to the custom reporting platform. Current expected date is 02/26/2025.

Last updateIt was determined that a database update that was applied during a regularly scheduled maintenance window introduced a misconfiguration, that was not detected until regularly scheduled server upgrades over this weekend. The misconfiguration prevented the Spiff application from connecting to the database. No customer data was effected during this outage, and steps have been put in place to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
