Due to a recent issue found in our indexing mechanism, candidates created in the last 10 hours were not properly processed causing new created candidates to not trigger duplication. The issue has been fixed and all candidates will be re-processed by 9:00AM EST. Once all candidates are re-processed, all duplicate candidates will be triggered and users will be able to view and resolve the duplications on the candidate cards. All other emails (e.g. invites, on-going emails with candidates, etc.) were working properly at all times. Comeet recently identified changes to how Microsoft Office 365 processes calendar invites from outside sources. Accounts with Microsoft Office 365 & Outlook integrations may receive calendar invites that display “not supported calendar message.” This prevents calendar events from being created automatically. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. To create a calendar event manually: Click the attachment to show the dropdown menu, then click Open. When prompted, click Yes to add the event to your calendar. This issue does not affect accounts integrated with Google calendar.
