This issue with the Chrome browser is still being investigated by Google. As a workaround, please use the Firefox browser until Google has resolved this issue. We are aware that updating to the new certificates which expire on May 20th will resolve the issue. We had originally scheduled May 8th as the date to update the new certificates on production. This would give our customers who depend on a trust store time to update their trust stores; otherwise pipeline failures could be encountered. Due to the impact of this issue, we will be moving the new certificates installed on production to May 3rd 9PM PST. Please continue to workaround the issue by using a FireFox browser for logging into SnapLogic. No other functionality is impacted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the problem.
We are investigating reports of certificate errors logging into elastic.snaplogic.com. Chrome users are affected and other browsers appear unaffected at the moment. An update will be provide with more details once we identify the root cause.
