We've contacted Microsoft regarding this issue are are working on a way to resume re-establish deliverability to these mailboxes in a more immediate way.

Report: "Services Not Available"
Last updateSite is more stable and all services operational at this point. Performance should continue to improve over the next hour.
AWS has reported that they've completed all updates needed and things will come back online and continue to improve in stability, but since there's a backlog of activity, they expect it to take some time to fully recover and feel stable (estimate was continual improvement over the next 2 hours).
AWS states they're working to fully resolve zones and have an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes right now. We're directing services to run out of any available zones as soon as they're ready.
Services were briefly up but it looks like AWS is still having issues, so we're closely monitoring the situation.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing network connectivity issues. This impacts all SignWell services. They're investigating and we're in communication with them. We'll update our status once we have more information or we're back up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Report: "Site Down in Certain Locations"
Last updateIssue has been resolved with AWS DNS and everything should be working now.
Some locations around the world are OK, this seems to be an issue with AWS DNS, we've checking with them on a resolution for the locations that can't access the site.
We're currently looking into the problem and will post an update as soon as we know more. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Last updateThis issue was resolved in about 30 mins from when first reported. A system side configuration issue was the cause and we’ve enhanced our standard release process to ensure this type of issue doesn’t happen in the future.
