The Futurae application version 2.3.1 with the fix for the original problem is already available in the App Store. All the affected users should update to this version of the application.
We are aware of an issue affecting users who have upgraded from Futurae Application version 2.2.1 to version 2.3.0. This issue may impact the 2FA functionality for these users. A new version is currently under testing. In the meantime, users can switch their verification method to SMS when authenticating. If you do not have a mobile number added, please reach out to a User Manager and follow the steps for a 2FA reset as outlined here: https://support.sherpany.com/en/support/solutions/articles/3000123786-the-two-factor-authentication-2fa-reset. The network equipment provider installed the most robust solution. All our services are fully available ever since. We will follow up with a detailed incident report by mid next week the latest. In der vergangenen Nacht hat Apple eine neue Version des Betriebssystems iOS 9 veröffentlicht. Durch eine unerwartete Änderung an einer System-Bibliothek funktionieren derzeit einige Applikationen von Drittherstellern nicht ordnungsgemäss. Leider ist auch die Sherpany Boardroom App davon betroffen. Wir bitten Sie Ihre Verwaltungsräte entsprechend anzuweisen, derzeit noch nicht auf die neue Version zu aktualisieren. - - - Au courant de la dernière nuit, Apple a publié une nouvelle version du système d'exploitation iOS 9. Causé par un changement inattendu dans une bibliothèque de système, certaines applications de tiers actuellement ne fonctionnent pas correctement. Last updateThe Node is running again and we are booting the non critical systems.
IWS Application experienced some downtime due to server reconfiguration and is now running.
The shutdown and migration of some servers had a positive impact on the performance. The underlying problem still persists. We are working on that.
We Identified the problem within the RAID setup. There is no danger of dataloss since it was not a disk going bad but an additionally added disk to increase the storage. We are working to restore the performance and are continuing to migrate critical systems away from this host.
We are experience degraded performance on one of our nodes in the ES.RMA datacenter. We are investigating the issue and moving the productive systems to different nodes.
