Marketing Campaigns Contact Delays

These contact delays have been determined to be a result of a third party service degradation. This issue only affects a subset of accounts using the Marketing Campaigns contacts feature. Our engineers have identified that the issue was caused due to a DB user that was deleted, this was restored and fixed the SendAuth API issue, the engineers monitored the fix and confirmed that the SendAuth API is fully functional again. All services are now operating normally at this time.

[Retroactive] Event Webhook Posting Delays

Our engineering team identified, investigated and corrected an unexpected issue today with the Twilio SendGrid Event Webhook. This optional feature, under normal conditions, allows receiving event data in real time based on email sent via a Twilio SendGrid account. However, between the times of 2:20 PM and 3:30 PM PT, a subset of accounts that had this feature enabled experienced delays to normal event posting due to the issue. Not all accounts with webhook enabled were affected by this delay, and no event data was lost. This issue did not affect mail send. All event postings that were impacted with delays during this period are now processing properly, and all systems are now operating normally.

Our team identified that, based on a deploy that had occurred earlier today, some accounts became unable to view required console resources which resulted in errors shown when navigating the SendGrid console user interface. Work is being done to correct accounts that are still experiencing the 'We encountered an error' issue to allow proper navigation of the console.
