Last updateSecureGive was impacted by an issue with one of our transaction processing partners that prevented some card transactions for processing successfully. This prevented users from being able to select a payment method to complete their transaction. Additionally, Text Giving users were not able to complete a successful transaction via SMS. All systems are restored and operational.
Users are reporting that SecureGive is not allowing them to complete a donation. Our team is aware and looking into it.
