We are observing high error rates from customer-hosted DACs on AWS us-east-1. The root cause is a confirmed loss of power in one of the AWS datacenters in the region, which affects one of the availability zones. The issue is not expected to impact user access to Satori-protected data stores in multi-availability zone deployments. Satori SaaS DAC on us-east-1 is not deployed on the affected availability zone.

AWS has confirmed the networking connectivity issue. Partial connectivity has been restored.
Update: some customers are reporting an issue connecting to the management console as well. We identified a network connectivity issue with the underlying cloud providers which affects several of their services. We are monitoring the situation and updates from the cloud providers and report as we know more.
Our monitoring indicates network connectivity issues to several DACs on AWS and GCP. The team is investigating.
