Some transfers are delayed due an underlying provider issue. The team is investigating the issue now.

Performance in our database is improving and the UI and API are responding quickly now. We will continue to monitor.
We have reduced the error rate to the UI application, but we have disabled the API temporarily while we work on restoring system health.

We have replaced a node in our infrastructure that was causing issues and all processes are running smoothly. We will continue to monitor to make sure everything is executing correctly.

Last updateBetween 3:30pm EST and 4pm EST, there was performance degradation which affected the Routable app. Performance has since then recovered.

Last updateFrom around 11:13 AM PT to 11:31 AM PT the Routable application saw increased error rates and timeouts for requests in the web application and API due to a database issue. Operators restored database functionality and services recovered. At this time all functionality has been restored. Please contact support for any questions.

We are seeing increased error rates in sandbox due to a provider outage. We are monitoring the provider's status. Routable production app is unaffected.

We have deployed a configuration fix that has resolved payable creation, and we are now monitoring API traffic for further issues.
We have identified a cause and are working on resolving it.
