Das zuständige Team arbeitet bereits an einer Lösung um die Funktion so schnell wie möglich wieder zur Verfügung zu stellen. In dringenden Fällen ist das Notfallverfahren anzuwenden. Last updateOn 2024-11-26, a central system required to log into Scope and access Scope documents became unavailable. This was fixed timely and functionality restored. However, some Scope servers were left in an invalid state and could not access documents until restart. This was progressively fixed when reported by customers until Riege office hours began. On 2024-11-27 7:23 UTC, Riege service began to systematically restart remaining affected systems until functionality was restored to all Scope servers. To avoid the issue in the future, the fault tolerance for communication between Scope and the external system was improved.

Die Niederlande hat zur Zeit grosse technische Probleme mit dem Versenden ihrer Nachrichten im elektronischen Versandverfahren NCTS. Für die Schweiz bedeutet dies, dass wir keine AAR oder ATR Daten von niederländischen MRN erhalten. Wie ist vorzugehen: Der ZE meldet die Ankunft der Sendung(en) im herkömmlichen Verfahren in Passar mit der elektronischen Ankunftsanmeldung NT007 sowie dem Code "andere Transitverfahren" mit folgenden Angaben: NCTS Notfallverfahren, Nr. des VBD, Nr. der Ankunftsanmeldung (Bsp. 241030-GTAN-XXXXX), Abgangszollstelle und Datum. Nach Wiederinbetriebnahme des NL NCTS: Nach Freigabe der Sendung durch das BAZG inventarisiert der ZE die Waren und versieht das Notfall-VBD mit dem entsprechenden Löschungsvermerk, beglaubigt den Vermerk und bringt den Firmenstempel und Unterschrift an. Der ZE übergibt das VBD am nachfolgenden Arbeitstag der zuständigen Lokalebene. Die Lokalebene sendet die Abschlussmeldungen in Passar, sobald das NL System wieder in Betrieb ist. The Netherlands is currently experiencing significant technical issues with sending messages via the NCTS electronic transmission system. For Switzerland, this means that we are not receiving any AAR or ATR data from Dutch MRNs. Procedure: The ZE reports the arrival of the shipment(s) using the standard process in Passar with the electronic arrival notification NT007 and the code "other transit procedures," along with the following information: NCTS emergency procedure, VBD number, arrival notification number (e.g., 241030-GTAN-XXXXX), departure customs office, and date. After the NL NCTS system is back in operation: Once the shipment is cleared by the BAZG, the ZE inventories the goods, marks the emergency VBD with the appropriate cancellation note, certifies the note, and applies the company stamp and signature. The ZE then submits the VBD to the responsible local office on the following business day. The local office will send the closure notifications in Passar as soon as the NL system is back in operation.

Last updateStatement regarding the network issue that occurred during planned maintenance of our network infrastructure on 2024-09-02. As part of this maintenance, a security update has been applied to our Top-of-Rack switches, which required a reboot. After the reboot a wrong configuration was applied, leading to an upstream routing misbehavior. As a result, some of our services experienced an outage. To address this issues, we have taken the following corrective actions: 1. The documentation has been reviewed and adjusted to ensure clarity and accuracy in the maintenance procedures. 2. Alerts have been added to our monitoring system to detect and address unintended changes.
