Update: Some users may still be experiencing intermittent degraded performance in connecting to Verizon LTE communicators via AlarmNet, Total Connect 2.0, and/or Compass remote commands. This may result in various commands responding intermittently, such as panel login, changes to a panel, arm/disarm and failure to load panels. Our team continues to actively investigate the issue. We are actively engaged with Verizon's Technical Team. We will continue to provide updates until full functionality is restored.
Some users may experience degraded performance in connecting to Verizon LTE communicators via AlarmNet, Total Connect 2.0, and/or Compass remote commands. This can result in no response to remote tests, connections, and inability to arm/disarm via Total Connect. Alarm delivery is not impacted. These devices remain connected to the network and will send locally generated alarm signaling. We appreciate your patience, our team is actively investigating. We will continue to provide updates until full functionality is restored.

The following is the latest update: • The following AlarmNet services are now fully operational: o Alarm signaling services o Newer platform devices that are configurable through AN360; (ProSeries panels, VISTA H series) • AlarmNet 360 is still experiencing issues with the following: o Some customers configuring legacy devices and/or video-only accounts may still be experiencing issues in AN360. • TC2 is still experiencing some notification delays with legacy systems, i.e., some VISTA communicators, LYNX, and Lyric. Regular updates shall be provided until all services have been fully restored. We understand the criticality of the issues being experienced by our customers and are working with urgency to restore full functionality. We apologize for this disruption of services.
We are aware our customers are experiencing issues with AlarmNet services and TC2. The following is the latest update: • An internal review confirmed this issue was not the result of any security breach or malicious activity. • AlarmNet services are showing recovery, and our team is still actively working to restore full system stability. • Users may be experiencing login delays on TC2 App, web portal & AN360 website with alarm signaling latency. • Regular updates shall be provided until all services have fully restored. We understand the criticality of the issues being experienced by our customers and are working with urgency to restore full functionality.

PRODUCT ALERT: Peripheral Wireless Touchscreen (PROWLTOUCH & VISTAHTCHWLC) We are investigating an error reported by PROWLTOUCH and VISTAHTCHWLC wireless touchscreen keypad users pairing with PROA7 / PROA7PLUS / VISTAH3 panels. The PROWLTOUCH and VISTAHTCHWLC wireless touchscreen keypads may display a failure mode indicating 'Decryption Unsuccessful'. If this error occurs, the keypad will be unable to pair with the security panel and should be replaced. We are collecting more details for investigation and are actively working to resolve the issue. If you experience this situation, please contact support at 800-645-7492 to help further our investigation. We apologize to affected users for the inconvenience. ALL FUNCTIONALITY AT THE PRIMARY SECURITY PANEL, INCLUDING ALARM DELIVERY IS NOT IMPACTED.

AT&T is aware of an issue outside of the AT&T network that is impacting cellular communication with roaming partners outside of the US. Due to this vendor outage, some AlarmNet users are impacted in the LATAM region (Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Panama , el Salvador, etc.), and we are working with AT&T to ensure these services are restored as quickly as possible. Impacted sites using Cellular Only communication may experience loss of AlarmNet services pending the vendor resolution. This does not impact AlarmNet communication using an internet connection.
