We experienced an elevated level of errors following a deploy. Service may have been interrupted for 10 minutes while the deploy was rolled back. A permanent fix has now been applied, and the latest version of the software has been deployed without issue.

APAC Access Journeys had an outage between 01:52 UTC and 02:19 UTC. An internal issue caused the application to intermittently stop serving traffic. The cause will be investigated further. This has now been resolved and the application is serving traffic again.

We've identified an issue that is intermittently affecting the availability of some splash pages. This is as result of some server instances behind our load balancer that were not scaling properly and as required. This resulted in some requests being served with a 502 gateway error, depending on which instance the request was routed to. The incident was resolved at 00:30 UTC on 8th November 2023. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We've identified an issue that is intermittently affecting the availability of some splash pages. This is as result of some server instances behind our load balancer that were not scaling properly and as required. This resulted in some requests being served with a 502 gateway error, depending on which instance the request was routed to. The incident was resolved at 17:47. Google Cloud are reporting an incident in europe-west2 that is currently impacting the primary RADIUS instance in the EU (but not the secondary instance, so no WiFi users should be affected); and inbound location data endpoints.
