We have updated the SSL certificate for the widget and this issue has been resolved. ICW v2 should be back in operational status. We are monitoring the results.
We identified that one of the SSL certificates for the widget was expired.
We were made aware that our widget was not loading for some of our clients. We are investigating the issue.

Last updateAround 6:00 am Pacific, Protecht's API alerted outage for the first time and was responding with extended delays. Within a minute, Protecht's systems restarted and were able to recover from the outage Around 6:05 am, Protecht's API resumed normal operations.

We have identified the issue is related to our cache busting feature, which caused the Single Page Applications w/o hashed URLs to redirect to the root parent url.
We have received reports on widget loading issues. We are investigating these reported issues.
