We are investigating behaviour related to users not being able to add companies to notes. Currently, users are unable to add companies to notes or directly as an insight on feature cards. This has been identified as an upstream issue and we have been working with our providers on mitigating it. It has been fixed by the upstream provider and our service has recovered, so you should be able to use all aspects of the app as expected. We continue to monitor the situation, and are also investigating any potential impact to data integrity for the affected features during this time.
After investigation, it appears that while multiple features are impacted, Productboard is loading and accessible. We do see impacts to some of our integrations as well as board management. Updates from Productboard to Jira are currently delayed by roughly one hour for any fields mapped with 2-way sync. No data will be lost, only delayed. Between 12:09 and 12:42, we had an issue with processing communication that comes from other backend services into pb-backend one. The following actions were affected. 1. Broken Jira Auto-import and two-way sync from Jira to Productboard 2. Broken features API 3.
