Report: "New users not receiving activation emails"
Last updateWe discovered an issue on 1 July 2022 that caused emails to not be sent to new users for account activation since 20 June 2022. We identified the cause and reverted a change made to one of our email templates. This incident is resolved and new users are receiving activation emails successfully. We are conducting a post-incident review to identify next steps and improvements in the related processes.

A recent networking change related to the decomisssion of an unused region was inadvertently applied to the Sydney region. This change has been reverted.
We're investigating reports of Enterprise platform queries failing to return results in some regions for some customers. We will update this page as we discover more information.
