The deployment has been completed and the team is actively monitoring the logs. We will update the status to resolved after ensuring that there are no further intermittent timeouts while doing the getStatus.
Pending deployment - The getStatus calls on the Payments API are intermittently experiencing degraded performance, resulting in timeouts approximately once per hour. As an interim workaround, retrying the getStatus call resolves the issue. The team has identified a fix. However, due to the current code freeze and the low frequency of occurrences, the fix will be deployed tomorrow morning. Transaction processing remains unaffected.
getStatus calls on Payments API are intermittently experiencing degraded performance resulting in timeouts. No transaction processing is impacted and the getStatus endpoint is safe for retries.
