There have been no new reports or discovering of issues or discrepancies. We will be continuing to monitor the analytics data, and provide another update on Friday, December 15th, 2023.

The analytics data has been restored, and our team is monitoring the update to ensure there are no remaining issues.
We have successfully applied a fix for the missing analytics data today. The missing data will be restored for Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. We will provide an update once we have confirmed the data has been restored.
We have isolated the root cause of this issue which prevents new records from being written to analytics database tables. A solution has been established by reconfiguring the database tables. We plan to have the solution ready for Monday, December 11th, 2023, and the rebuilding of missing data will then be completed by Tuesday, December 12th, 2023. An update will be provided on Monday regarding deployment of the fix to the analytics databases.
We are still working towards a solution to this issue, and have more detailed information regarding the impact of this: - Activity History, Learner Engagement, Assignment in Mastery, and Knowledge Gap and Lift show '0' - Automated daily data exports that feed into external data visualization tool are impacted, which includes PowerBI - Weekly Summary emails will have inaccurate data
We have identified an issue where the analytics data is not populating and will display as '0'. This impacts the Analytics page, emails, and PowerBI reporting. The Organization Data export feature is not impacted by this issue. We will provide updates as we progress towards a solution to this issue.
Report: "Content Search Degraded Performance"
Last updateThe content search functionality is fully operational again, and all content updates have been fully indexed.
We identified an issue with our content search which caused the service to go offline at 3:00 PM CT yesterday (Aug. 7) for approximately 30 minutes. The content search service is now back online in read-only mode. This means that any updates to content that occurred as of 3:00 PM CT yesterday will not be reflected in the search results. This does not impact the availability of content to learners. We will provide further updates as they become available while we work to fully restore the search functionality.

Report: "OttoLearn Connectivity Issue"
Last updateWe have successfully corrected the SSL certificate issue that impacted connectivity. Desktop web browsers will connect securely now, and mobile apps will load organizations normally. This incident is now resolved.
OttoLearn is experiencing an SSL certificate issue causing an insecure connection message to be displayed when accessing any organization through a desktop web browser, and a blank screen on mobile apps. Accessing through a mobile app is unavailable at this time, and only an insecure connection is possible on a desktop web browser. We have identified the cause of this issue, and are working to have it resolved as soon as possible. We will provide updates as they become available, and when a resolution is in place.
Report: "OKTA Single Sign-on Login Issue on iOS App"
Last updateOur development team has successfully implemented a resolution for the OKTA single sign-on login issue. Affected iOS app users will no longer receive an error upon logging in, and the issue is now resolved.
We have identified an issue with OKTA single sign-on that is preventing users of the iOS app from logging in. Affected iOS app users will receive a '400 Bad Request' error when attempting to log in. Our development team is working on correcting the issue, and we will provide further updates as they become available.
