Report: "Issue with loading maps"
Last updateSince 6:30 pm UTC today, we have been experiencing issues with loading maps, caused by the instability of our 3rd party provider. We're currently working on the solution.
Report: "Partial service disruption"
Last updateBetween 11:05 and 11:35 UTC, viewing a map with newly created routes in our web application displayed an error message prompting users to contact support. The issue was fully resolved within 15 minutes of the first report, and all services are now operating normally. Despite the error message, core functionalities such as adding orders, planning, sending routes, and moving orders on and off routes continued to function correctly. Additionally, all other services—such as live tracking, importing, API integrations, customer notifications, and real-time order tracking—remained fully operational throughout.
Report: "Mobile service disruption"
Last updateWe experienced an issue with the OptimoRoute mobile service where new mobile apps could not be activated. This was caused by an expired HTTPS certificate. The issue has now been resolved, and all services are operating normally. No data from driver apps was lost.

We have restored a service for all accounts and we're currently monitoring that everything is working as it should.
We are confirming that all paying accounts have their service fully restored at 100% performance. We are in the process of restoring full mobile service to free trial accounts.
A large majority of our customers are at 100% performance. We continue to restore mobile service for our smallest customers. All pending SMS messages will continue to go out to customers, none will be lost or missed.
The OptimoRoute mobile service is working with degraded performance for a portion of our accounts. Your driver data is backed up on their phones and will eventually fully sync with OptimoRoute. We will issue another update at 3:30pm PST, 20:30 Central European time.
Report: "Disruption of mobile service"
Last updateThe issue with the mobile service has been resolved. Thank you for your patience while we resolved the problem. Incident began at 2023-02-27T03:30Z and ended 2023-02-27T03:33Z. IMPACT DETAILS: During the downtime the drivers couldn't get new plans and plan updates and the dispatchers could not log in to the web application. Some drivers have been logged out of the mobile application.
We have identified the issue and it has been resolved.
We're aware of an issue affecting some customers that are using our mobile application. Fix is being implemented.
