Last updateFrom approximately 9:16am ET until 9:50am ET the CourseCloud search (All Courses) functionality was impacted by an issue within the CourseCloud VPC which resulted in a "504 Gateway" error. This error would have been displayed in the search results page itself to anyone that attempted to perform a course search during that time. Once the root cause of the issue ceased, all CourseCloud search capability returned to full operation and performance.

Report: "Some courses hang when launching in FireFox"
Last updateWe have identified the issue as a setting in FireFox that blocks audio and video from auto-playing if there is no user interaction with the web page. To access this setting, go to the Settings page in FireFox, select Privacy & Security from the menu on the left side of the page. Scroll down to permissions, find Autoplay and click the Settings... button. Select "Allow Audio and Video" from the dropdown next to "Default for all websites" and click the Save Changes button.
We are experiencing an issue with certain course launches in FireFox. The course launch appears to not progress past the loading screen. A work-around is to click the loading screen. The course launch will then progress. We are currently investigating this issue.

Last updatexAPI statement routing was down for approximately 36 hours beginning at 12:30pm (EDT). During this time xAPI statements for course completions were not being sent to Learning Management Systems and Learning Reporting Systems. Once the incident was resolved, all xAPI statements for course completions were sent.
