The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS. 3:45 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates. 4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see services recover. 6:00 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all frontend services have been restored to normal operation.

The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several network devices in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS. 12:00 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates. 4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see some recovery. 5:30 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all services have been restored to normal operation.

Last update5:13 AM EST - Customers reported increased error rates when accessing resources in NLX Studio. 7:43 AM EST - We are investigating reports of increased error rates for users accessing resources in NLX Studio. 8:30 AM EST - We have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution. 9:45 AM EST - We are continuing to work towards a resolution. 11:30 AM EST - The issue has been resolved and we are currently monitoring the traffic. 12:00 PM EST - Between 5:13 AM and 11:30 AM EST NLX Studio users experienced increased error rates when trying to access resources. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Customers have reported that authentication is now operational. We'll continue to monitor the situation to make sure every customer is able to log in.
We've identified an outage from the authentication provider Auth0. The NLX bots and conversational applications haven't been impacted and continue to be fully operational. We continue to monitor the issue.
