We've seen some issues with insights being incorrect for many shops from 12/04/22 onwards. Currently working hard to restore things to normal.

Last updateMost of our retailers are back online. We're still working through a backlog of resolving some issues for individual retailers.
Products are coming back online for most of our stores. It might take another few days before full Google service to be restored. Our team is working to speed this up as much as possible.
We've fixed the underlying issue and are now waiting for Google to re-approve all products. We expect all retailers' See What's In Store and Local Inventory Ads to return within 3-10 days.
Together with teams at Google, we have identified the steps to resolve this issue. We will be sharing an estimated time frame tomorrow for restoring See What's In Store and Local Inventory Ads functionality.

Google has implemented a fix for this problem, and "See What's In Store" has started showing up again for nearly all shops. We'll continue to monitor the situation and check if SWIS is back up and running for all NearSt shops.

We've been aware of an operational issue on Google's side that causes their See What's In Store widget not to show up for all NearSt shops. We're in daily contact with the team at Google responsible for this functionality. They are aware of this problem, and are working on rolling out a fix in the next few days.
