This issue now seems to be resolved and we are continuing to monitor the system for any other issues.

We are aware of an issue impacting some customers and we are investigating the root cause and working to resolve this ASAP.

We are currently experiencing some performance issues. We are investigating the cause and will provide a further update as soon as possible.

We needed to apply a critical security update to our databases which required a restart - we opted to do this as soon as we were aware of the need rather than wait until the normal update window. This resulted in 2 minutes of downtime whilst the system restarted.

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We have identified the issue and candidate names are now being displayed correctly for most records - we are continuing to work on the those which are still not displaying correctly

We are aware of an issue regarding candidate names being displayed as random characters - we are currently investigating this and will update ASAP

We now believe the maintenance work to be completed and systems are back online - as this work took considerably longer than planned we will performing analysis and will share a report on what issues were experienced and how we can avoid a recurrence in the future.

The planned maintenance work from this morning is over running - we are working hard to get all systems back online as soon as possible and will update as soon as this is completed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

This is not directly related to Natural HR but we have received a number of tickets from users unable to connect to our systems this morning - all our systems are up and running fine but there is, what appears to be, a nationwide fault with connecting to websites for those using BT Internet as their ISP. If you are unable to connect and are NOT using BT Internet then please do get in touch - otherwise, best place to check is https://twitter.com/BTCare/status/755676292717088768 as the BT Internet status page on their website also appears to be down due to the volume of requests it is receiving at the moment.
