Degraded Ingestion API Performance (/import)
Last updateFrom April 15th at 5:38 PM to April 16th at 5:56 AM (PST), Mixpanel experienced degraded performance in one of our ingestion APIs, /import, where some data may not have been ingested correctly. At this moment, we advise our customers to resend any requests that received an empty response - more information will be shared shortly.This disruption only affected projects hosted in our US data center, projects hosted in EU and IN through our Data Residency Programs were unaffected.

Brief Scheduled Database Maintenance
Last updateMixpanel will be performing a database maintenance on Monday, April 7 between 1 PM and 3 PM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7). There may be a very brief period where the Mixpanel webapp may not be accessible and ingestion may be delayed. We will post progress updates on our status page. Temporary Data Ingestion Delay for Projects with US Residency
