To mitigate delays due to the outage, we’ve switched customer emails to send directly through Gmail (not Mixmax.) During this time, you won't have access to Mixmax features in your compose window like saved templates and enhancements. Thanks for your patience as we work through this outage.

Last updateBetween 6:38 PM and 10:50 PM UTC on September 20, 2021, Salesforce incremental syncs of >200 records for users not using our real-time package were delayed. The syncs have now caught up, but Mixmax rules triggered by Salesforce events did not fire during this time for affected users.
