Some customers are currently experiencing issues with login to the Miuros platform. We are investigating and will keep the incident updated as we progress.
Report: "General platform instability"
Last updateAt 10:42 am CET on the 3rd of March, 2023, the Miuros interface was not loading and you couldn't log in. Our engineers were notified of the issue right away and started working on identifying the root cause. We quickly identified the cause, and at 11.25 am CET, the issue was resolved. We have performed a Root Cause Analysis of this incident and are implementing solutions in order to prevent such instances from happening in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
