Last updateThe Tennessee Secretary of State's transition to their charity and business filing system (TnCaB) is complete as of this morning at 8:00AM CT. All filings through February 12, 2025 have been reported as processed by their office.
Starting on February 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM Central, the TN SOS will be updating its search website, so services like business entity search and lien searches will be unavailable until the site is back up on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 8:00 AM Central. As a result, any verification, SOS documents, and lien search requests requiring TN searches may be delayed until then. The lien search data is currently through February 2, 2025, the last available data before the outage.
