Last updateOn September 30 22.30 UTC, our email integration provider has upgraded their communication system, which turns out to not be fully compatible with Manatal at the moment. Our engineers observed email integrations not working fully which includes 1. Email Received from Candidates / Contacts through Manatal integration 2. Email forwarding feature Please note that email integration with Outlook and Gmail is not affected. During September 30 22.30 UTC to October 1 11.30 UTC we put our best engineering effort to resolve the problem, with multiple solutions implemented. And the issue was resolved it October 1 11.30 UTC. After that, we continue to restore the data that were not synchronized during the period of the incident and all the data was restored at October 1 19.00 UTC.
The incident is resolved, our engineers are restoring the impacted data during the incident and we will provide a full explanation after the impacted data is fully restored.
We implemented a fix, and the impacted features are now working. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Last updateOn 20 August 2021 21.08 UTC, our engineers spotted high failure rate of our Database during routine maintenance. Our engineering team start investigating the issue right away and work together with our infrastructure provider to resolve the issue. We discovered that our database maintenance process has a conflict with the infrastructure provider's maintenance process. As soon as the cause was identified at 22.00 UTC, we formulate a solution and implement it. The issue was fully resolved by 22.05 UTC.
We resolved the problem with the database, and the service is now back to fully operational.

Last updateThere was a major outage of Fastly Content Delivery Network which contributed to outage of many websites around the world, including major news sites and the United Kingdom's government page, were temporarily down during a massive outage. Other websites including Amazon, Twitch, Reddit, CNN, The Guardian and The New York Times also suffered from this outage. In order to mitigate the impact of the Content Delivery Network service outage, Manatal has temporarily disabled its Content Delivery Network and the Manatal Web Application is back to normal. The outage lasted 41 minutes, from 9.48AM UTC to 10.39AM UTC We will continue to monitor the evolution of the situation with the Content Delivery Network provider.
