Report: "N.Virginia2 replication outage"
Last updateUpon further investigation in collaboration with AWS, we found that the MultiAZ failover was caused by an underlying host failure, which led to an automated failover to a healthy host. This occurred because the original host was unresponsive to the communication system - while such incidents are rare, they can happen due to hardware-related issues. We have been assured that AWS's automated systems promptly detect and resolve such issue to minimize impact. Furthermore, we have re-created the ReadReplica at the same time we made contact with AWS, who in turn have reinforced that is best course of action in these situations. Thank you for your for your patience and understanding.
We have determined the replication was interrupted due to a MultiAZ failover, we're working with AWS to gain further insights and will share further updates accordingly.
Please note we have identified a RR replication outage on N.Virginia2 shared environment that took place between 08:35 UTC and 09:12 UTC on Jan-9 2025. We have successfully mitigated impact and are currently monitoring to ensure environment health, while also investigating for the exact root cause in parallel.

Last updateIn the following months, we will be working on a new IP handling mechanism for which we will carry out a migration in order to maintain backwards compatibility. During the migration, we will create a new corresponding IP generated by our new IP handling mechanism for each IP in your current whitelist. In order for an IP to be included in the new list however, we must receive calls from it during the migration window which will be 3 months starting from the release of CIAM-2258. The migration window should end mid August 2023. We do not expect the new IP handling mechanism and the migration to impact your daily activities. Please follow the reference CIAM-2258 in our release notes for additional information.

Last updateSituation impacting "SSO re-authentication for critical actions" has been resolved after making an internal configuration change. No further bypass actions are required and you can continue using Mambu normally. This is the final update.
Mambu has become aware of a situation affecting “SSO re-authentication for critical actions” failures for users, who have this feature enabled. We have identified the root cause of the incident and working on a fix. In the meantime, you can use the following workaround, until full functionality is restored to bypass SSO for critical actions: *Authenticate using mambu credentials, not SSO, retry action and re-authenticate using mambu credentials; *Disable "Critical Actions Re-Authentication" functionality to be able to do the critical actions.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Mambu identified an issue where Loan job for 15/12, which is part of the EOD process, failed. This may have resulted in loans appraisal, interest applied being delayed. We have rectified the issue and a Loan job will be picked up automatically with the next hourly run, we will continue to monitor the job processing.

Overnight as part of the release of v9.129.5 a bug has been identified. Due to this we have rolled back to the prior v9.128.6 to mitigate the impact of this issue.
