A fix has been implemented and previously queued messages are currently being sent. No email messages have been lost, i.e. all messages are being sent, albeit with a delay. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this outage.
The issue has been identifed and is related to the Mailjet email service provider. Messages that are normally sent through Lyyti using Mailjet are currently not being delivered, as of Tuesday 2025-05-14 20:36 UTC. This includes most email messages sent through Lyyti, including both transactional and non-transactional email. Clients using a custom SMTP relay are unaffected. We are working together with Mailjet to resolve the issue and restore email service as soon as possible. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by this incident.

Last update"Opened" and "Clicked" statuses are again being recorded normally as of 15:22 UTC today, Tuesday 2025-02-04. "Opened" and "Clicked" statuses triggered during the period 2025-01-29 - 2025-02-04 have not been recorded and will unfortunately not be available. Any such statuses will not be reflected in the message statistics, and these messages will show in the email statistics as "Sent". We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Other email statuses, e.g. "Sent", "Bounce", "Blocked", were not affected by this incident. The incident has been resolved.

We are experiencing issues with scanning participants in with Lyyti mobile app. The issue applies to Lyyti users who have been given limited rights to an event (Viewing rights and participant check-in). Usernames that the event organizer has created for scanning people in are not affected.

Last updateWe're experiencing issues with scanning QR codes in Lyyti mobile app. Only users with limited rights are affected. Trying to read QR codes as a limited user produces an error and logs user out of the app. The incident was caused by the updates made in access control. The issue has now been resolved. It affected limited users from the 15th of January at 13:42 EET to the 16th of January at 14:30 EET. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Rest assured that no messages have been lost. Getting all queued messages sent can take up to approximately an hour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by these issues.
