We have identified an issue that is cause any new visitor data from being added to the account. We are working to resolve this issue and will make sure to provide updates as soon as it is resolved. You will not seeing any new visitor data come into recordings, heatmaps, funnels, etc. until this is resolved.
Report: "Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools Affected"
Last updateThis incident has been resolved. Data from 4AM - 7AM CST on 09/04/2024 is not recoverable.
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the situation. At this time, most all data should now be accessible and there may be a few hour window around 4 to 7 am CST that we are still working on updating. All other recordings, including new recordings should play as expected.
Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.

We are currently experiencing intermittent outages with our connections to 3rd parties. This can effect the ability to install/activate plugins, track/record visits and events and anything else related to the integration. We will continue to update as we make progress on resolving this issue.

There are some accounts where your data may not be available for a short amount of time. All data is still being collected and will appear as soon as an update to our data provider is completed. This should take an hour or two at most.

Shopify is currently experiencing an outage with their payment gateway that is preventing merchants from upgrading to paid plans on apps. This is preventing any Lucky Orange customers that use the Shopify app from upgrading at this time. Shopify is diligently looking into this and we will provide an update as soon as this is resolved.

We are investigating an ongoing issue with our database provider causing some features in the app to work unreliably. This includes funnels, filtering throughout the app, and certain dashboard cards. We apologize for the disruption and hope to have everything working smoothly soon.

Last updateThe primary incident has been resolved and data is being collected properly. We will continue to investigate the cause and share more information soon.
We have identified that both our primary and backup data collection queues were taken offline. During this time, data was unable to be collected by Lucky Orange and is unrecoverable. The backup queue has been moved to secondary infrastructure to mitigate the failure and is now collecting new data. We are still working to mitigate the failure of our primary queue. We are also still investigating what could cause a double outage like this. Additionally, our alerts that are in place to notify us when a queue is unavailable never triggered. Updates will be provided as we know more.
We are investigating an issue where data is not currently being collected from browser visitors.

We are currently investigating slow API response times when loading event and visitor data. This can cause the app to feel slow or not show data in some cases.
Report: "Missing events for customers with 30 day retention"
Last updateAn ongoing issue with one of our vendors lead to misconfiguration in the database that stores events (sessions, pages, etc.) for customers with 30 day data retention. This caused our data collection system to incorrectly mark events destined for that database as ignorable and the events were silently ignored without being processed and stored. Because these events were silently ignored, no monitoring alarms were triggered as the system believed everything was working properly. Therefore, for a period of time yesterday, no events are available for customers with 30 day retention. We sincerely apologize for the missing data and have since added alerts to catch this scenario if it were to happen again. Additionally, we are taking steps internally to alter our logic for which events should be ignored to ensure that no data is lost in the future. Thank you for your support and understanding.

We have identified the issue with login for Classic Lucky Orange and are working hard to resolve it shortly. We will continue to provide updates as soon as this has been resolved.
We have identified what was preventing some users from being able to login to Lucky Orange and have pushed a fix that seems to have resolved the issue for customers on Lucky Orange. We are still working through an issue with our service provider that may be causing some people trouble when trying to login to Classic Lucky Orange. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as soon as we can.

We're currently experiencing an outage with a service provider that is preventing some people from being able to login and use the various services of Lucky Orange. Our development team is working to resolve the issue and restore service as quickly as possible.

Last updateThis incident has been resolved and no data was lost. We identified that a configuration change with one of our databases caused it to crash. We have updated the database to the correct configuration to prevent this issue from happening again. We are also looking into solutions to prevent the impact of similar situations in the future.
