Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, February 19, Lob's APIs returned 500 errors for a portion of requests. This was resolved by an automated fail-over process, and Lob engineers are currently investigating the root cause to prevent similar issues in the future.
