There is currently an intermittent issue affecting some of services fronted by Cloudflare. Clients who are using impacted services will be getting 502 errors. This issue is logged on Cloudflare status page: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/p7l6rrbhysck We are monitoring the issue and are prepared to take mitigation action should the problem worsen.

Report: "Receiving emails on registrations@lmax.com"
Last updateWe've implemented a workaround for the registrations@lmax.com mailbox while we continue working with the upstream provider to fully resolve the problem. Please note, this is in a way a global problem, i.e. companies other than us are affected by it so you may notice some of your other emails getting rejected as well.
The root cause of this has been isolated to a change by one of our service providers, that has resulted in legitimate mail being treated in a different manner, and external filtering partners not handling this change correctly. We are in contact with our filtering partner to get this resolved, unfortunately this issue is not isolated to us, as other companies we forward some of our emails too are also affected. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
We have received reports suggesting we experience issues with accepting some emails. We are investigating the issue.

We have now changed the minimum encryption levels as communicated to clients. The minimum TLS encryption on all internet connections to LMAX Global services has been raised to version TLS 1.2 and/or TLS 1.3 for our London Professional platform. The change was applied on Saturday 25th March 2023. Please ensure your SSL/TLS libraries support TLS 1.2 and/or TLS 1.3 when connecting to LMAX Global over the internet.

We had an incident today from 01:29 UTC until 03.45 UTC where trades are missing from account history in LMAX Global LD4, we are currently adding in the missing trades, all positions and account summaries are current and correct.

The originally scheduled end time was 16:15 but we have encountered a number of normally simple and unimportant issues, when they happen individually, which have together stacked into something that has actually impacted the timeline more significantly. We have completed the maintenance now and the expected time to unsplashing is 10 minutes, however we will do it ASAP.
